IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO ENSURE YOUR PROPERTIES ARE INCLUDED ON THE PITCH AND CARAVAN, LISTING AGENTS MUST BE MLS SUBSCRIBERS, LICENSED, PRESENT AND MUST EMAIL pitcheast@psar.org WITH THE COMPLETE ADDRESS, MLS NUMBER, AND LISTING AGENT NAME.
How do I add my listing to the tour?
- Add your listing to Tour "E2" in Paragon by 12PM on the Wednesday before Thursday pitch
- In Paragon, click on "Listings" at the top of the page and navigate to "Maintain"
- Search for your listing by either the MLS number or property address
- Select the "Action" link, then select "Tour"
- Click on "Add New" and enter the Tour Group "E2" or "E4" depending on the zip code of the listing
- Enter the date of Thursday's Tour and choose the Start Time of 10:30AM and End Time of 1:30PM
- Add any additional comments and if refreshments will be served
- Select "Save" and then send an email to pitchsouth@psar.org with the following items!
A BROKER OPEN FOLLOWING THE PITCH IS MANDATORY AT PSAR'S EAST COUNTY RALLY AND RIDE!
Email PSAR at pitchsouth@psar.org and include:
- MLS Number of Listing
- Full Property Address
- Agent's Name that will present the property
- Company Name
- Cell phone number
- E-mail Address
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations must be received by Wednesday at 5:00 pm, or you will be considered a "No Show". If you are a "No Show" from that mornings Pitch Session, you will be suspended from participation in the Rally and Ride Pitch Session for a period of 90 days.
Properties listed on E2 or E4 Tour "Caravan" must be open and listing agent ready for agents to visit between the times advertised on Tour in Paragon. If the property is not open during the advertised time, the listing agent will loose their Caravan privileges and will be blocked from pitching at the Rally & Ride.
